Rental Opportunities
Landmark Park is the perfect spot for your birthday party, wedding or business meeting. We offer a wide variety of rental opportunities for the special event that is going on in your life. The Park offers modern day facilities with a turn-of-the-century atmosphere.
Playground Pavilion**
Prices are for regular park hours only, call park office for after-hours prices. 3 hour rental, $25 per additional hour
Half of the Pavilion (6 tables) - $60
Entire Pavilion (12 tables) - $100
The Playground Pavilion is a 30' x 42' structure located beside our Barnyard Playground. It includes twelve picnic tables (nine 6ft and three 8ft handicapped accessible). Reserving half of the Pavilion is ideal for small gatherings such as birthday parties or reserve the entire Pavilion for large gatherings or family reunions. Reservation of the Pavilion does not reserve the playground. The playground is always open to the public during park hours.
Birthday Passes
For birthday parties held during park hours, you may want to purchase our special Birthday Party Passes. This pass allows one free adult per paid child's admission ($2.00). These can be mailed out with your birthday invitations. Passes must be purchased in advance and are good for the day of the party only. Passes can be purchased by parties reserving the Playground Pavilion only. Call the Park office for more information.
Gazebo / Park Grounds
Groups of less than 100 - $350
Groups of 100 to 200 - $450
Groups larger than 200 - call for a quote
Refundable clean-up / damage deposit - $100
The Gazebo is a 30' x 30' structure with lattice panels that can be removed if requested in advance. There are thirty 6 foot benches that can be arranged or removed by the rental party. The Gazebo area is lighted and has electrical outlets located at lattice fence behind the gazebo and in the base of each lamppost.
Church
Groups of 60 or less only - $300
Church and Gazebo combination - $550
Refundable clean-up / damage deposit - $100
The Church is a 35' x 35' structure with ten 8 foot wooden pews with seating for approximately 60 people. The Church is not heated or cooled, although it does contain a ceiling fan and two windows that can be opened by a staff member. Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed in the church.
Rental fee for the Church and/or Gazebo includes park admission for your guest.
Auditorium / Classroom**
Rentals are available during park hours only.
Monday thru Friday ( 4 hour limit) - $100
Saturday and Sunday - $150
Refundable clean-up / damage deposit - $50
**Auditorium, classroom and playground pavilion rental rates DO NOT include admission for your guest. Group rate is $2.00 per person.
Security Fee
All rentals held after park hours require a security guard. A four hour minimum is required.
First hour - $20
Each additional hour - $10
Rehearsal Fee
Each hour (after 5:00pm) - $25
General Information
Park hours are Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm and Sunday noon - 6:00pm
The picnic area cannot be reserved during park hours, first come first served only.
Restrooms are located in the picnic area and behind the church in the playground area.
No alcohol is permitted during park hours.
Rental fees includes park admission for your guest, except for rentals of auditorium, classroom and/or playground pavilion.
